CHAPTER 8 “The Farmer and the Cowman Should Be Friends”
In this chapter it all about making decisions about
usability for websites. This often tend to led to arguments of decision making
but in the end they will always end up with the same conclusion such as having
the website work out, flash animation and understanding strengths and human
convictions. Each website has their own designs on what they do for a living. Designers
and developers are more visually interesting and easier to understand with lots
of cool features. Average users doesn’t seem to be possible because web users
can be almost anything with no simple right or wrong answers. When I read this
chapter I feel like this is pretty common whenever I have to go to specific
websites. As a graphic designer there’s tend to be more creative design for
those designer websites.
CHAPTER 9 Usability testing on 10 cents a day
In this chapter it’s about usability testing on websites.
Like all prototype or rough design there is always a testing in progress to
insure the functionality or working progress. Despite the testing they can
sometime be a success or a complete failure which leads to out of business or
loss of economy. Sometime test requires test users and it would be easier to
find users who are more of a beginner’s level or anyone who are interested in giving
their personal result on the test. I feel this what might happen if I get a job
as a graphic designer, there will be lots of testing and users who will be
testing and giving the result.
